Acting Island Governor of Bonaire, Jeaninne Wong Loi Sing, MBA

Advisor on Integrity & Organizational Resilience at RCN

Jeaninne Wong Loi Sing focuses primarily on the human side of organizations in her work: leadership, integrity, culture, behavior, and collaboration. At the same time, her background in business administration gives her a strong understanding of the more structural side of organizations, including strategy, organizational structure, processes, risk management, and responsibilities.

Her approach centers on connecting these two dimensions. An organization may have strong systems and procedures in place, but without conscious behavior, effective leadership, and a strong culture of integrity, it remains vulnerable.

This combination of the human and structural sides of an organization is also highly relevant to cybersecurity. Cyber resilience is not only about technology, but also about people, behavior, leadership, and the way an organization manages its risks and responsibilities.

She works from the conviction that sustainable resilience is achieved when people, leadership, culture, and systems reinforce one another.

In recognition of her contribution to strengthening integrity within the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN), she received the Ien Dales Integrity Award in 2024.
