One Crisis. Three Perspectives. Critical Decisions.
Experience how you respond, communicate and collaborate during a realistic cyber crisis through three parallel breakout tracks.

Step into a realistic cyber crisis and experience the challenges of making decisions when information is incomplete, time is limited and the impact continues to grow.

Following a shared crisis storyline, participants will take part in one of three breakout tracks:

  • Incident Response versus Crisis Management

  • Information Sharing & Crisis Communication

  • Cross-Organisational Collaboration

Each track explores the crisis from a different perspective while remaining connected to the same evolving scenario. Participants will face realistic dilemmas, competing priorities, stakeholder pressure and inter-organisational dependencies that reflect the complexity of real-world cyber incidents.

Rather than focusing solely on technology, the exercise challenges participants to make decisions, share information, coordinate with others and lead through uncertainty. Participants will leave with practical insights into cyber crisis management, crisis communication and collaboration, as well as a clearer understanding of what is needed to strengthen cyber resilience within their own organisation.
