Rob Witteman has been working at the National Cyber Security Center in The Hague since 2019, with an interval of 3 years at the Digital Trust Center (DTC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Target and victim notifications have been set up from the DTC to the non-vital sector, and now, after the integration of DTC into the NCSC, is being taken up integrally towards the central government, vital infrastructure and all other companies in the (Caribbean) Netherlands.
